Horace Ginsbern and Marvin Fine
Horance Ginsbern, nee Ginz-berg in Minsk in 1900, had established his own firm by age 19, where he would spend the next several decades designing between Manhattan and the Bronx. Often seen with a Scotch in hand, Ginsbern approached residential buildings with the Art Deco eye of the era and a penchant for open space. His nickname: “the genius of the Bronx.
