When construction ended in 2005, 325 Fifth Avenue set the standard for 21st Century Manhattan living. Contained within its distinctive blue-green glass façade, the condominium holds 250 apartments built with high-quality materials and premium appliances, a host of luxury amenities, and a signature lobby with black granite floors and striking visual artwork.

Jacobs and his firm, SBJ Group Architects, have over 50 years of experience in the architecture industry. Originally making headway as a small-scale renovation company, Jacobs ultimately led his team to design large-scale developments and boutique hotels across Manhattan. Perhaps most notably, he designed the Holocaust memorial at Buchenwald: the concentration camp where he was himself liberated as a 5 year-old boy.
