For those seeking modern, luxury living, The Vantage is an excellent choice. Designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects and located in the vibrant Murray Hill neighborhood, it rises to a height of 22 stories and features 94 units. It includes several amenities one would expect from a luxury residence such as a rooftop deck, fitness room, yoga room, free wifi, bike storage, and a 24-hour doorman. The interior was designed by Andres Escobar, who is internationally recognized for his interior design work. The building was converted to a condo in 2017 and previously called The Montrose.
Meltzer/Mandl Architects
Founded in 1995 by Marvin H. Meltzer and David Bandl, it operated until 2007, when David passed away from pancreatic cancer. The firm focused the development, rehabilitation, and adaptive re-use of residential and commercial buildings in New York City. It designed and built over 10,000 units, both luxury and affordable family housing. It was the first to undertake the first large-scale office-to-residence conversion.
